Jen will be teaching a class on Improvisational Cooking: Getting the Most from your Harvest Box. This class will cover the basics of cooking a fabulous meal on the fly from what's in your fridge and pantry and in your boxes, as well as some tips on how to stock your kitchen for maximum cooking flexibility and a chance to taste the recipes that Jen will be demonstrating. Jennifer is the owner of Petty Catwater, (an incredible culinary experience here in Quesnel) and is full of enthusiasm, ideas, mad skills and helpful advice.
